STEP 1: ATTEND A WEEKLY MEETING WITH OUR TEAM
Attend Mandatory Weekly All Hands Down Production Meeting @ 5:20pm via Zoom or in-person in Sagebrush Hall.
Join our weekly meetings, every Monday. We are here to support and expand on your career goals. This is the perfect time to network and get know others’ background and interests.
Most importantly, don’t forget to introduce yourself to the team and to the directors: Joe Bautista & Shally Juarez.
Prepare 1 slide with your Name, Major, & Favorite fact about yourself before our meeting.
If you can’t make the meetings, please advise with our faculty.
STEP 3: READ OUR ON-BOARDING DOCS & JOIN A PROJECT
After meeting with our faculty, you should have received our onboarding documents.
This should be a supplemental document along with our Get Involved Page.
You should try to join projects and we can see what you are made of! Learn how to thrive, contribute and be proactive.
STEP 2: SET UP A TIME TO MEET WITH OUR DIRECTORS
Does IntersectLA align with your career goals? Set up a time to meet with our directors.
Email them: name, year, major, interest’s, & your portfolio/creative work! This can be a pdf, website, reel, box link, IG account, Youtube videos. Anything that showcases your creative work!
Set up a time to meet: Book a time to meet with Shally and Joe – 15 mins should be enough.

Get added to our primary forms of communication like Slack and Basecamp. Joe and/or Shally will can add you to Basecamp. Make sure you are on our COMPANY HQ and if you’re interested in a particular project or focus, please make sure we’re aware.
MAKE YOURSELVES KNOWN. ELBOW YOUR WAY IN. DON’T BE PASSIVE.
